Can I search for documents based on their creator?​

Yes. The Advanced Search panel includes a Created By filter that allows users to find documents created by a specific user.

How can I refine my search results?​

Users can refine search results by:

  • Using Advanced Search filters like document type, creator, and modification date.
  • Sorting results by date, name, or relevance.
  • Using Full-Text Search to scan document content.

How does the Full-Text Search work?​

The Full-Text Search scans the entire document content, including text extracted from images using OCR (Optical Character Recognition). This allows users to find documents containing specific keywords even if the terms are not in the document title or metadata.

What is the Search Options panel?​

The Search Options panel allows users to search for documents based on titles, metadata, and content. Users can apply filters, perform basic or advanced searches, and sort results based on specific cri
